Winifred Springs water is sourced from a natural free flowing spring located east of Rylstone adjacent to the Wollemi National Park. This 1.3 million hectares (3.25 million acres) of natural wilderness is also home to the world's oldest plant, the Wollemi Pine, which dates back to the time of the dinosaur. The water permeates up through layers of sandstone, millions of years old, and surfaces as the free flowing springs of "Winifred Springs".
