Fiuggi
Fiuggi water is a natural, oligomineral water. Its composition comes from the tufaceous ground of the hollows occupied by the Spas. It is subjected to a filtering action which purifies and reduces its mineralisation becoming an oligomineral water of a very strong diuretic effect. It provokes the expulsion of kidney stones and prevents their formation, it is also particularly indicated during preparation of operations for urinary calculosis and post-operative treatment. It is an excellent remedy for infections of the urinary tract and, thanks to its action on the metabolism of uric acid, favours the cure of gout and uratic arthropathies.
Official water of JUBILEE 2000 and rumored to be the choice at the Vatican.

Matching Bottled Water With Food
The FineWaters Balance categorizes the "mouthfeel" of water based on the level of carbonization in five steps from Still to Effervescent, Light, Classic and Bold. This categorization is the basis of matching water with food in a fine dinig experience.
The Flavor of Bottled Water
When tasting water the most important factor in its overall integrated sensation we call flavor is the mouthfeel generated by the size, amount and distribution of the bubbles or the absence of it.
Temperature
There is nothing wrong with drinking water at almost any temperature but you should start paying attention and a little experimentation will revel a lot of epicurean delight in the consumption of water.
