Sole
Sole fulfills every requirement of a premium bottled natural mineral water. The well-balanced group of minerals in Sole is derived from a natural filtration process as the water works it way through varying geological rocks and minerals to the underground and well-protected source.

Natural Sole with the blue label has 412 parts of mineral solids per liter of water. Lightly sparkling Sole with the red label has a delicate touch of carbonation added for those who prefer a gentle bubble. The exact listing of Sole minerals can be found in the mineral analysis table below. It is this combination of minerals that gives Sole its clean, crisp, almost sweet taste.

Sole is also sodium and chlorine free, further making it a healthy refresher.

  New Arte Bottle
Launched this autumn in Europe at the London Restaurant Show and in Asia at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards ceremony in Kuala Lumpur, the beautiful contemporary clear glass ARTE bottle has been very well received.

ARTE is Fonte Sole¹s homage to the great artists of Italy, and the first featured artwork is by Leonardo da Vinci as he was truly fascinated by water and its movement all his life. ARTE was created to compliment the existing Sole Classic range of green glass bottles, and in response to the demand from luxury hotels for a differentiated premium water to serve in their exclusive restaurants. Available in both Still and Lightly Sparkling in 750ml bottles

The Sole Legend
Known since Roman times and famous for it’s health giving properties during the middle ages, the history of Sole is rich with story and folklore celebrating the famous source.

Archeological evidence confirms a pagan sun goddess once stood at the site of the Sole source located in Lombardy, near the mountainous Alpine region of Italy. Legend describes her as wife of the weather god and mother of the four winds. Roman soldiers would stop to fill their water vessels at the source before going out to conquer new lands. The pure water source became known as Sole, named for the sun itself.

Bottled at the Source
Today in Nuvolento Italy, a family run operation continues to bottle the famous water directly from the source, ensuring that each bottle of Sole is as pure as its beginnings. Meeting the highest standards in bottled water and delighting customers worldwide, the legend of Sole continues to grow.

Matching Bottled Water With Food
The FineWaters Balance categorizes the "mouthfeel" of water based on the level of carbonization in five steps from Still to Effervescent, Light, Classic and Bold. This categorization is the basis of matching water with food in a fine dinig experience.
The Flavor of Bottled Water
When tasting water the most important factor in its overall integrated sensation we call flavor is the mouthfeel generated by the size, amount and distribution of the bubbles or the absence of it.
Temperature
There is nothing wrong with drinking water at almost any temperature but you should start paying attention and a little experimentation will revel a lot of epicurean delight in the consumption of water.
