At the heart of a desert oasis, hidden in the Jordan Mountains, in the Jordan Valley, far away from industry and civilization, 35 miles from the holy city of Jerusalem, flows the pure water of the Ein Gedi natural spring. It's water slowly filtering for hundreds of years through many layers of mineral rich rock, absorbing important minerals, such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium; a natural process which gives it a unique quality and a great taste, known to our ancestors since dawn of history.
