Himalayan Natural Spring
The origin of Himalayan Natural Spring Water is located at the foothills of the Langtang valley, Dhunche on the way to the famous”Gosaikunda Lake”.

The rain and snowfalls in the Majestic Langtang Himalayan Ranges in an average of 7,000 meters high where there is no pollution since the beginning of the planet turns into icy rocks and glaciers. So every drop of Himalayan Natural Spring Water is from the rain and snow falling high in the Himalayas which turns into glaciers and slowly melts and finds it way filtering through 4,000 meters of Himalayan bedrock.

This wonder of nature was created since the beginning of time as it flows through the natural purifying filters and mineral rich rocks. This himalaya water is insulated from any external influences by dense layer of protective clay. It flows for several years and it finally emerges in the form of springs at a height of 2700 meters to 3,000 meters in the Langtang National Park within the conservation areas strictly controlled access and therefore, free from environmental pollutions.

  Production
The production facility is located at the foothills of the Langtang valley at 2,500 meters which is also confined within the Langtang National Park where the government of Nepal has allowed controlled access only. The best equipments are used for collection of himalaya water from the source around 3,000 meters above sea level to the production facility. The 13,000 square meter production plant consists of a state-of-the-art-machinery.

The water is brought to the factory by 2 underground 100mm dia HDPE pipes with series of steel made “pressure reduction tanks” in between. These 2 pipes then come into the “collection tank” of the “pre-water treatment room” inside the factory area. Preliminary treatment of the spring water is done over here. Through “bag filter” of 50 micron, the water is collected in “Raw water collection tank” which is of 1,00,000 liters capacity. The water in this “raw water collection tank” is ozonated; the ozonizer is run for 24 hours and ozone level in this water is always more than 0.5 mg/ltr. Before sending this ozonated raw water to the “main water treatment room”, it is filtered in “sand filter” and “activated carbon filter” and then 10 micron micro-filter. This ozonated raw water is then collected in 3 stainless steel “storage tanks” of 10,000 liters each of capacity in “main water treatment room”.

And then the water passing through a series of microfilters, 5 micron, 2 micron and 0.2 micron, it enters the filling room. This water after the microfilters is divided into 2 lines. In one line the water again passed through 0.2 micron microfilter and UV sterilizer before filling the bottle whereas in the second line the water is again ozonated and is used to rinse the bottles before filling.
