A Turiec Basin based scientist named Michal Torner carried out the first analyses of the natural mineral water springing in Budiš. He classified it as an alkaline acidulous water. The total mineralization amounts to 2,500 milligrams per litre and the carbon dioxide content amounts to 2,500 milligrams per litre as well. Therefore, it is classified as medium mineralized, hydrogencarbonate-sulphate, magnesium, sodium-calcium, carbonic, cold, hypotonic, mildly acidic or almost neutral natural mineral water.
