Valvita is the second best selling mineral water brand in South Africa by volume. Valvita was recently acquired by Nestlé South Africa and today Nestlé is the biggest bottled water holding company in the world, with 12% of the world market. The bottled water market for 2001 is estimated to reach 55 million litres. It is expected to grow by 20% per annum for the next five years.
