Diamond Rock Spring Water Co. is family owned and operated. In business since 1994. The water is 100% Natural Spring Water and most importantly is bottled at the source. The source of the water is located in a small town in upstate New York just west of Bennington, Vermont called Poestenkill. The spring is surrounded by woodlands situated in the western region of the Taconic Hills. The water comes from a huge underground aquifer (spring) that has a natural filtration of sand and gravel. The spring was tested to be among the best spring waters in N. Y. State with having the lowest natural TDS (Total Dissolved Solvents) levels of any water in the area.

The FineWaters Balance categorizes the "mouthfeel" of water based on the level of carbonization in five steps from Still to Effervescent, Light, Classic and Bold. This categorization is the basis of matching water with food in a fine dinig experience.
Temperature
