Spring Water

Quibell Bottled Water

Quibell Description:

Carbonation A

Country of Origin:  USA
Region:  West Virginia
Place Name:  Sweet Springs
Established:  1987
Web Site:

After many months of searching, tasting, and testing, a perfect source was discovered at Sweet Springs, West Virginia, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains between the Jefferson and George Washington National Forests. The Sweet Springs water had just the right blend of minerals and gave Quibell spring water products a distinctively light mineral taste. Quibell's water was to consumers a welcome alternative to the high sodium, heavy mineral waters of Europe and the US West Coast. All of Quibell's Sparkling Waters were then and still are today made from this high quality spring water.

The Company began operations in 1987 producing the popular flavors of Quibell Sparkling Water. Attractive packaging was developed to convey the premium quality of the brand, including Quibell's signature green hourglass-shaped glass bottle. A strong distribution network was established and by 1991 Quibell had become the predominant sparkling water brand of the eastern United States and the Caribbean
