Like water for Chocolate
In Mexico hot chocolate is made with water, not milk. Water is brought to a boil and chocolate is added to the hot water. A person in a state of sexual excitement is said to be "like water for chocolate”. Water is usually not the beverage that comes to mind when we talk about chocolate but “can water be the right beverage for your Valentine’s Day chocolate?”
Blessing the Waters
The eco-justice division of the National Council of Churches has undertaken a campaign against bottled water. The director of the NCC program recently put it this way: "Water should be free for all. The moral call for us is not to privatize water."
Hydrate in Moderation to avoid Over-Hydration or “Water Intoxication”

Woman Dies of Water Intoxication
A woman who competed in a radio station's contest to see how much water she could drink without going to the bathroom died of water intoxication, the coroner's office said Saturday.
Company aiming for market share in China
Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holdings, China's biggest packaged-food maker, is aiming for a 30 percent market share in the mineralized water segment in the next three years in an effort to grab a bigger slice of the mainland's beverage market.
