January 25, 2008
On
March 1st,
2008,
Sarah
Fullerton and Mary
Noon
will launch the highly anticipated new brand of water, Delicious H2O, at the
Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. As founders of the hippest and most refreshing bottled
water brands, Sarah and Mary also invite you to help them save
lives.
With an
exquisitely designed glass bottle, Delicious H2O is marketed exclusively to
high-end hotels and restaurants in an effort to bridge the gap between bottled
water and the worldwide water crisis.
Motivated by their passion for improving living
conditions in the world’s poorest nations, the two former models teamed with the
non-profit organization Global Partners for Development, which has been
improving water conditions in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda since 1989, to increase awareness of the ongoing and
devastating health problems associated with the lack of potable water in
East
Africa.
Recent
statistics show that 14,000 people worldwide die per day from drinking
contaminated water or of severe dehydration. With these staggering figures in
mind, Sarah and Mary developed Delicious H20’s mission statement: To create a
paradigm shift in the way that water is viewed by consumers, while also raising
public awareness of the growing water
crisis.
Please
join Sarah and Mary on March 1st at the Peninsula Hotel to celebrate
the launch of Delicious H2O. All proceeds from this event will be donated to
Global Partners for Development as part of Delicious H2O’s effort grant equal
access to life’s most precious and necessary resources. The following
celebrities are scheduled to attend: Cecily Gambrell (Desperate Housewives/A
Happy Death), Justin Klosky (Guiding Light) and Victor Webster (CSI
Miami/Lincoln Heights.)
