  A Connoisseur's Guide to the World's Most Distinctive Bottled Waters
The "Fine Waters" book introduces readers to the epicurean delights of water, sharing the ins and outs of the characteristics that provide various waters with their unique flavors, as well as recommended food pairings, stemware suggestions, and optimum serving temperatures for enjoying both still and sparkling waters. The book also provides tasting notes for more than 100 of the world's best bottled waters. Produced in full color, with photographs throughout, Fine Waters is the first guide to this up-and-coming food trend.
 
  Vocabulary to Characterize Bottled Water
With the new book (FineWaters) we are introducing a new way of characterizing bottled water in an epicurean context. Virginality, Balance, Minerality, Orientation and Hardness. This will create a vocabulary describing the subtle differences in bottled water and to draw attention to the uniqueness of the water and its source.
 
  Bottledwaterworld Design Awards 2006
Bottled water companies from around the world gathered last night for the presentation of the prestigious 2006 bottledwaterworld design awards organised by Zenith International Publishing. Sponsored by PET tooling specialist R&D Tool and Engineering and flavour manufacturer Mastertaste, the magazine’s awards programme attracted a record 135 entries this year from 30 countries, resulting in a truly international competition of outstanding quality.
 
  Eastern European Demand for Bottled Water to Soar
Warmer summers and higher standards of living are expected to push a surge in demand for bottled water in Eastern Europe, says a new report. Consumption rose nine per cent to 10bn litres in 2005, a figure predicted to rise consistently over the next five years, according to beverage market research group Zenith International.

The world’s oldest bottled water company, Waiwera Infinity, has today won a prestigious global design award for its innovative bottle, designed and packaged in New Zealand.
