At first glance, waters may not seem to have the individual characteristics that distinguish wines, but distinct differences become apparent when the attention is focused on water. Like wine water has terroir and it is a natural product that originates from a particular place with unique properties. That is of course if you drink premium bottled water and Pedras and Vitalis clearly belong in this category. I am happy to be in Portugal on the invitation of Águas Unicer to promote premium bottled water with a series of events including water tastings and food pairing with a global portfolio of waters showcasing how different water can be and how to include it into an epicurean experience ..."

The first water tasting event in Portugal of this magnitude is organized by Águas Unicer and will feature a portfolio of 6 waters from around the world.
