  National Secondary Drinking Water Regulations (EPA)
National Secondary Drinking Water Regulations are non-enforceable guidelines regulating contaminants that may cause cosmetic effects or aesthetic effects in drinking water. EPA recommends secondary standards to water systems but does not require systems to comply
