Watercolors Cafe at the Radisson Bridge (Boca Raton)

Boca Raton, Florida. While a selection of fine waters would be expected at many of Boca Raton's upscale establishments, FineWaters was pleased to find a water menu at a local Radisson hotel cafe.  Watercolors Cafe at the Radisson Bridge features not only the standard "Ps" (Pelegrino and Perrier), but adds Aqua Pana, Fiji, Saratoga and Voss to their list.  And in a clear sign that fine waters have hit the mainstream, the waters are advertised on folded table cards -- a space normally reserved for beer and cocktail selections.
