Spring water on a mountainside of "Hakone" is piped to the front of a
traditional Japanese sweet tea shop called "Hanakotoba (flower verse)". The
water is used for making sweets and green teas at the shop as well as taken by
visitors for drinking.
The spring water is said to be blessing gift from god
in ancient age, and being protected today by Benten goddess. It is also known
among local people as water for pregnant women. Location: Kiga, Hakone-machi, Ashigara-Shita-gun,
Kanagawa-Prefecture
