Pat Eckert übernahm 2018 die 1987 gegründete Firma „Fine Liquids“ für internationalen Wasserversandhandel. 2020 kam es zur Erweiterung von „Fine Liquids“ in das UK mit Milin Patel, dem renommierten Wassertechnologen und Wassersommelier aus London. 2021 wurde die „Fine Liquids Water Boutique“ und „Fine Liquids Art Gallery“ am Fulham Broadway in London gegründet und die „Fine Liquids Community“, eine monatliche Livesendung internationaler Wassersommeliers wurde ins Leben gerufen.
2022 war Pat Eckert Panelteilnehmer am „BLED Water Festival“ und machte die Ausbildung zum zertifizierten Wassersommelier an der „Fine Water Academy“. Fine Liquids veranstaltete seither eine Vielzahl von Wasserverkostungen in Deutschland, Europa und dem UK, unter Anderem beim „SUEZ“ Headquarter in Belgien, sowie ein öffentliches Wassertasting beim „World Water Congress“ in Kopenhagen.
Neben dem Versand der Spezialitäten weltweit berät er Wasserfirmen, Gastronomen und die Hotellerie. 2023 wurde nach Jahren der Vorarbeit seine eigene Finewater Marke „Aqa Finelli“ gelauncht.
Pat Eckert took over the company "Fine Liquids", founded in 1987, for international water shipping in 2018. In 2020, "Fine Liquids" expanded to the UK with Milin Patel, the renowned water technologist and water sommelier from London. In 2021, the "Fine Liquids Water Boutique" and "Fine Liquids Art Gallery" were founded at Fulham Broadway in London, and the "Fine Liquids Community", a monthly live show of international water sommeliers, was launched.
In 2022, Pat Eckert was a panel participant at the "BLED Water Festival" and completed the training to become a certified water sommelier at the "Fine Water Academy". Since then, Fine Liquids has held a variety of water tastings in Germany, Europe, and the UK, including at the "SUEZ" headquarters in Belgium, as well as a public water tasting at the "World Water Congress" in Copenhagen.
In addition to shipping specialties worldwide, he advises water companies, restaurateurs, and the hotel industry. In 2023, after years of preparation, his own fine water brand "Aqa Finelli" was launched.
