Bambito Agua de Manantial originates in a spring located northeast of the community of Volcán, Chiriqui, Republic of Panama, adjacent to the Volcan Baru National Park in an area that represents a scenic set of high ecological, geological and biological value. It is located at an altitude of 1,510 meters above sea level. Bambito Agua de Manantial is naturally filtered through sedimentary rocks and volcanic origin that provide valuable mineral elements.

Bambito is bottled at the source and available in Still and Sparkling in upscale glass bottles that have a great presence and tactile joy. The sparkling version has very soft, small effervescent bubbles that are extremely food friendly. The water is also shipped in PET  (300ml, 600ml, 1.5liter, and On Gallon).

#FineWatersPairings

An almost decadent dumpling with pork and black truffle from Din Tai Fung in Singapore. This restaurant chain originates in Taiwan, specializing in xiaolongbao (steamed dumplings) and Huaiyang cuisine on a very high level noticeable on the intricate folding and awarded a Michelin star by the Hong Kong and Macau 2010 edition of the Michelin Guide. I would love to pair this dumpling with a still, low Minerality water like Bambito from Panama
