We are back in Europe. The Fine Water SUMMIT, together with the TASTE & DESIGN AWARDS 2027, will take place in Königstein, Germany, from April 1–3, 2027. Set on the wooded slopes of the Taunus in Hesse, Königstein is a historic spa town just 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) — a place where nature, wellness, and culture create the perfect setting for the global fine water community to meet again.
EXPERIENCES WITH WATER
Register for the Fine Water SUMMIT 2027
The Fine Water SUMMIT 2027 explores terroir not only as the origin of water, but as the foundation of experience. Nature creates the water. Terroir—shaped by geology, climate, time, and place—defines its identity. The opportunity for the Fine Water category is to translate that identity into memorable experiences that create cultural, emotional, sensory, and commercial value.
Bringing together the defining ideas of previous SUMMITs—sustainability, epicurean integration, storytelling, emotional connection, and the future of the category—the 2027 program will examine how Fine Water can be experienced across hospitality, gastronomy, wellness, luxury, and contemporary lifestyle. Discussions will extend from water pairing, design, architecture, and service rituals to source storytelling, wellbeing, health, sustainability, and the evolving ways consumers discover and engage with water.
Fine Water is a natural product that carries the character of its origin. When terroir is understood, communicated, and thoughtfully presented, water becomes more than hydration: it becomes a sense of place, a curated encounter, and a memorable experience. The Fine Water SUMMIT 2027 will explore how the category can transform the natural identity of water into meaningful experiences—and how those experiences can shape the future value of the category.
