Vimeiro is a unique high minerality still water from a natural spring in the Karst Region of the Cesaredas. The spring is the result of an earthquake in 1755 at Mount Junto, and it has a flow rate of 50 L/s and rises from a depth of about 2000 meters, where it acquires its mineralization through contact with the region's geology.
Vimeiro is a 100-year-old company whose business areas are Hospitality, Tourism, Hydrotherapy, and the Bottling and Distribution of Mineral Waters. The company has 161 employees between hospitality and industry, and with an unparalleled assortment of water, it is present from the North to the South of Portugal. The factory has two bottling lines: one for glass bottles and another for PET bottles, in total bottling 40+ million liters of water a year. From source to bottle, the water is subject to strict quality control.
